Chaperones of youth attendees pay the adult fee only if they wish to attend any adult class.

Registration fees are waived for music teachers and non-Sweet Adeline coaches accompanying their youth attendees.

According to Region 12 policy, paid registration fees are transferable but not refundable.     Complimentary registrations are not transferable.

Hotel Reservations

The Regional Management Team sends thanks to all who stay at the hotel. Fulfilling our room block commitment guarantees that we can use the hotel function space for free during that weekend!


Our link for reservations  -  Room reservations must be made by September 1, 2017, The cost of the hotel is $99.00 (+ taxes) per room. No charge for parking -- the reservation link may state there is a charge for parking, but that is incorrect.  If they run out of rooms in our block, contact Mary Mamer.

MT Forum Lunches 

For Chorus Management Team/BOD members or their representative.


The MT Forums are an opportunity for chorus management team coordinators or board members to connect with their peers, share ideas, learn from others. Your RMT coordinators will facilitate each forum and may have specific presentations for you. See the AIM Schedule for exact times/locations.

Please sign up for the AIM MT Forum and whether you want the Forum provided lunch or plan to bring your own.

 

The Forum Lunch consists of:
A plated chicken caesar salad, water, coffee or tea, dessert and fruit. If you select the Forum Lunch, your portion is only $15 -- the Region is picking up the rest!

Want a PVI?

 

Our Regional faculty provide no-charge coaching as a service to you, our members, at every AIM weekend! You can get 25 minutes as an individual (or 55 minutes as a quartet) of customized, individualized coaching in either vocal or visual elements of your performance.

PVIs (Personal Vocal Instruction) and quartet coaching time slots are booked on a first come, first served basis, so don’t wait! When all available time slots are full, we won’t be able to fill any more requests. No on-site registrations are accepted for PVIs or quartet coaching.

 

Please note that you cannot request a specific instructor – instructor availability varies throughout the weekend. If you want a PVI or quartet coaching with a specific Regional faculty, contact them separately for a time outside of an AIM weekend. The current Regional coaching faculty members and their areas of focus are listed here.

 

PVI spots are filled.  Don't forget to request yours during January AIM registration.
