AIM Registration

Please do not register more than once!

Please sign up for this event using this form. Choruses are no longer responsible for gathering payment and sending attendee lists to our regional Finance Coordinator.

According to Region 12 Policy, your paid registration is NOT refundable, but IS transferable. If you notify us before the registration cut-off, we can update our records with the new attendee's name. Complimentary registrations are NOT transferable.

NOTE: If you think you should have a complimentary registration but have not been previously told that is the case, please check with the Education or Finance Coordinator to verify BEFORE you register. The Allowances Table is available on our website -- please click here (you must be logged into the Regional site to view it).

First Time Certificate holders, select Comp and then put your First Timer Coupon Number in the "Additional Info" box below. [See your membership coordinator for that number.]

The cut-off date for this event's registration is 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • If you have dual membership with another chorus, select it here. Shortcut hint - type the first letter and it will take you to the area of this list that you need.   • Please select the appropriate membership status.

  • Please indicate whether this registration is for an Adult, Youth or a Chaperone. Chaperones of youth attendees pay the adult fee only if they wish to attend any adult class. Registration fees are waived for music teachers and non-Sweet Adeline coaches accompanying their youth attendees. Please select "Complimentary" in the payment options, if this is the case. Chaperones/Music Teachers/Coaches, please list your attending students names in the Addition Info box. Youth is under 26YO.

  • Please include any additional information that we need. For instance, if you are a chaperone/music teacher/coach, please list your student attendees. If you are signing up with a complimentary, please indicate the reason for the complimentary registration, such as 1st timer coupon, or regional management team member, etc. If you are a member from another region/chorus, please give that information here. First Timers, please enter your SAI Member ID here and select COMPLIMENTARY as your payment method.

  • If you select, Pay via Credit Card or PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can pay with a Credit Card or a PayPal Account. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use this option!

Regional First Time Certificate holders, select Comp and note that you have the certificate in the "additional info".     Please, do not choose the Complimentary option unless you have been told specifically that you qualify for complimentary registration.
