AIM Leadership Team Forum Registration

For Chorus Management Team/BOD and CRC members or their representative.

The MT Forums are an opportunity for chorus management team coordinators or board members to connect with their peers, share ideas, learn from others. Your RMT coordinators will facilitate each forum and may have specific presentations for you. See the AIM Schedule for exact times/locations.

Please let us know if you are coming to an AIM MT Forum and whether you want the Forum provided lunch or not. If not, please sign up anyway so that we can plan the room size and number of chairs needed. You may purchase your lunch from the hotel restaurant separately, but please no outside food.

Deadline for ordering the Forum Lunch is September 1, 2017!

The Forum Lunch consists of:
A plated Chicken Caesar Salad with a gluten free option or a vegan salad. Lunch includes water, coffee or tea, dessert and fruit.

If you select the Forum Lunch, your portion is only $15 -- the Region is picking up the rest! You will be directed to pay via PayPal. You may use credit card or check to pay via PayPal and do not need to have your own PayPal account. LUNCH MUST BE PAID FOR VIA Credit Card/PAYPAL BY THE DEADLINE! Be sure you complete the PayPal payment process. We are not ordering extra lunches, and we are not handling cash/check on-site for lunch.

The Forum Lunch is non-refundable, but is transferable!
